When I was a child, I was afraid of roller coasters, and I could only tolerate the more gentle and family friendly varieties. So when Mickey's Toontown opened in my late elementary school years, I enjoyed many a ride on Gadget's Go Coaster, a Vekoma roller skater that took riders for a nice spin around the yard of Disney's heroine chipmunk inventor and pal of Chip n Dale in their Rescue Ranger days. These days, I don't hit the area of the park as much, but when I do, it's always with a bit of a nostalgic air. A reminder of the wonderful childhood memories I have of the Happiest Place on Earth.
